THE KINGFISHER AND THE TIGER FISH
Check that wonderful photo of a kingfisher with his prize on the Chobe River, taken by Joan Gerber, a guest of ours from Canada, who snapped it on her one day safari from Chanters Lodge to Chobe National Park in Botswana.

She wrote:
'The kingfisher pic was taken along the Chobe! I won Best in Show last Sat for this and received a $350.00 gift certificate to a camera store - just another way to spend another $350.00! Take care and I really had fun staying at your lodge and give Janet a big "Hello" from Canada - she does a wonderful, professional job.'

'Janet' just happens to be 'Mrs Milli Jam' dedicated wife of Milli Jam - Zambezi Radio 107.5 fm presenter who with me co-hosts our Sunday night radio show 'The Chanters Lodge Experience With The Milli Jam Ingredient' every Sunday at 20.00 hrs on that station. Janet's a great masseuse and aroma therapist who visits guests at the lodge on request. Joan certainly kept her busy!
