RATES with effect from January 1st 2012
All rates quoted are per room per night and include our famous Full English Breakfast, we are now able to offer free wifi through our new Zamtel link. (In the event that the link is not working we offer a 1 hour free iSpot wifi coupon on arrival and coupons for sale thereafter at US$2 per hour.)
Rates also include free transfers to and from Livingstone International Airport or the city centre on arrival/departure (if required) and 16% VAT.
They also include 10% service charge shared equally amongst all staff at each month end.
All our rooms are self-contained, air-conditioned and have televisions, refrigerators and mosquito nets, as well as tea/coffee making facilities (tea, coffee etc provided free to make in your room on request)

Rates are negotiable for long stays and groups, with seasonal discounts on offer from time to time.
Payment may be made on departure either in US$ or in local currency (Zambia Kwacha) or other hard currencies at prevailing exchange rates. You may also pay using American Express, Visa or Mastercard, in which case there's an additional 3% service charge.
Discounted rates are also available for Zambians and Zambian residents.
