All rates quoted are per room per night and include our famous Full English Breakfast, 1 hour free wifi coupon on arrival (coupons available for sale thereafter), free transfers to and from Livingstone International Airport or the city centre on arrival/deparure (if required), and all current taxes.
They also include 10% service charge shared equally amongst all staff at each month end.
All rooms are air-conditioned and have televisions and refrigerators, as well as tea/coffee making facilities.

Rates are negotiable for long stays and groups, with seasonal discounts on offer from time to time.
Payment may be made on departure either in US$ or in local currency (Zambia Kwacha) or other hard currencies at prevailing exchange rates. You may also pay using Visa or Mastercard, in which case there's an additional 3% service charge.
